As our products are perishable, please refrigerate immediately upon receipt.

Perishable goods cannot be returned, but all packaging can be recycled.

Isle of Bute Smokehouse offer next day delivery to UK mainland addresses, provided by DPD, with the following cut-off times for order receipt.

Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm on Thursdays.

We ship to Europe. Shipping costs vary dependent on weight and destination. Please contact us for precise delivery costs. 

We do everything we can to ensure that the goods are delivered promptly, however, owing to occasional ferry disruption due to weather conditions, next day delivery is not always possible and can take up to 3 days. In an event of severe service disruption, our customer team will contact you and keep you advised of the likely date for delivery.
