Once upon a time there were two Island’s separated by a narrow strait of water.
The salmon people from the Isle of Bute and the whisky people from The Isle of Arran were different in many ways but they shared a common dream: to create a new smoked salmon product that would combine the best of both islands; the sweet smoky flavour of Lagg whisky with the delicate buttery flavour of Bute salmon.
This craftmanship and passion for the finest ingredients has resulted in Lagg Whisky Smoked Salmon.
We hope you enjoy tasting as much as we enjoyed crafting.

Ingredients: Farmed Scottish Salmon(fish), whisky, sugar, salt, spirit.
As a smokehouse we are conscious of our production from start to finish. From locally sourcing our fish, to using recycled materials for packaging and reducing our carbon emissions by minimising deliveries. Read more about our sustainability practices here.
We ship everywhere in the UK for a flat rate of £10
Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and please note there is a 5 day lead time on all orders.
Please note during December only we have two delivery days a week. As a busy time of year our courier partners do experience delays. We track all our parcels, to make sure they get to you. However please contact us by email if your order is delayed and you would like more information.
